We bend and press complex metal sheet components with a length of up to 3 m at a pressing force of up to 320 t on our new CNC bending press. Highest efficiency and precision are ensured by the automated laser angle measurement system.

We elaborate 3D models of your workpieces in our in-house design office. A specialised software computes the exact length. The flat patterns are cut in our laser system with a precision in the range of tenths of a millimetre, and subsequently transferred to the bending press. Before bending, the complete process is simulated on the screen. This ensures minimum scrap and high efficiency.
